⭐ Tender minced meat rolls filled with cucumber and bell peppers, braised in a spicy tomato sauce

Minced Meat Mix:
Place the ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, marjoram, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Knead everything well until you have a smooth, slightly sticky mixture.

Form the rolls:
Divide the mixture into portions and press each into a small flatbread.
Place the cucumber and bell pepper strips, and bacon (if desired), in the center.
Form into a roll and carefully seal the ends.

Fry:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.

Sauce:
Fry the diced onions in the same frying fat. Add the passata, broth, paprika, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Place the rolls in the sauce, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 30–35 minutes.

Serving:
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or grits and generously drizzle with gravy.
