Brown ground beef in a skillet, add taco seasoning, and a splash of water. Let simmer for 5–7 minutes.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
In a separate pan, melt butter, add minced garlic, then toss in shrimp. Cook for about 3 minutes per side until pink and tender.
3. Assemble the Nachos:
Spread tortilla chips in a foil tray or baking dish. Top with cooked ground beef, then drizzle cheese evenly. Add shrimp on top.
4. Melt & Finish:
Pop into a preheated oven at 375°F for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
