Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.

Combine everything: Add the cooked pasta and the seared chicken to the sauce. Mix well and simmer for another 2–3 minutes. Add a little stock or water if desired.
Finish: Stir in Parmesan cheese or sprinkle over the top and let it melt. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
