Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the salt, and mix well.

Add the egg yolk and oil.

Slowly add the warm water and bring the dough together with a spoon or your hands.

Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Then shape it into a ball, cover it with a cloth, and let it rest for 30 minutes – this makes rolling it out easier.

Roll it out thinly, cut out circles, and top with your desired filling.
