Wash the cauliflower, divide it into florets, and boil it in lightly salted water for 3-4 minutes.
Then drain and rinse with cold water to prevent further cooking.
In a bowl, mix the cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper well.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush with oil.
Dip the cauliflower florets first in the egg, then in the cheese mixture, and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
