🧄 Garlic Butter Shrimp

Pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sauté garlic:

In a skillet over medium heat, add butter and olive oil.

Once melted, add garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it brown).

Cook the shrimp:

Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side.

Flip, and cook another 1–2 minutes until opaque and slightly golden.

Finish it off:

Stir in lemon juice and parsley.

Spoon garlic butter from the pan over the shrimp to coat.

Add a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired.

🌟 Pro Tips:
Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, or with garlic bread.

For a creamy version, add a splash of heavy cream or white wine after the garlic.

Don’t overcook the shrimp — they cook quickly and can turn rubbery if left too long
