Let’s make delicious zucchini pies with sauce ourselves.
I’m sharing the recipe:
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze out the excess liquid. Finely chop the onion and add it to the zucchini.
Crack the eggs into the zucchini mixture, add the sour cream, season with salt, and mix. Add the flour and baking powder to the zucchini mixture and knead the dough.
Cover the sheet with parchment paper and place small cakes of dough on top. Bake the cakes at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
For the sauce, mix the cheese with the sour cream. Chop the dill and add it to the mixture along with the pressed garlic.
Grease each cake with the sauce and roll into tubes.
