Ingredients
For the crust:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the filling:
3/4 cup raspberry jam or preserves (seedless preferred)
For the almond topping:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1β2 tablespoons milk or cream
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Sliced almonds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a mini muffin tin (24-count) or line with paper cups.
2. Make the crust:
