Ingredients:
300 ml heavy whipping cream
40 g powdered sugar
5 ml vanilla extract
15 g gelatin powder
60 ml boiling water
220 g softened cream cheese
400 g sweetened condensed milk
15 g lemon zest
30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
350 g finely diced strawberries
250 g strawberry jam
400 g vanilla cake (you can also use store-bought)
For the topping:

Preparation:
Trim the edges of the vanilla cake, then cut it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Cover the bottom and sides with plastic wrap, leaving an overhang on the sides. I used a glass dish measuring 28 x 18 x 5 cm.
