Thuringian Bratwurst

Ingredients:
– 1 kg pork shoulder
– 300 g beef
– 20 g salt
– 5 g pepper
– 5 g dried marjoram
– 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
– 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
– 2-3 meters of natural sausage casing (for stuffing the sausage)

Preparation:
