🧾Ingredients
250 g of flour
400 g of milk
3 eggs
30 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
25g of butter

👨‍🍳Instructions – Step by Step
1️⃣Mix the dry ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.

Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.

2️⃣Add the eggs
Add the eggs to the center of the bowl.

Start mixing gently using a whisk.

3️⃣Gradually incorporate the milk.
Pour the milk in little by little while whisking.

This step is essential to prevent lumps from forming.

Continue until you obtain a smooth and fluid paste .

4️⃣Add the melted butter
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.

Add it to the dough and mix one last time.
