Cook spaghetti
Cook spaghetti al dente according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. Reserve some pasta water (about 100ml).
Sauté garlic
Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté garlic briefly (do not let it brown).
Prepare the sauce
Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, and a little pasta water to the garlic. Stir until smooth.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. If you like, you can also add vegetables or bacon bits.
Mix in the spaghetti
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix well until creamy.
Bake
Place everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy hot!
💡 Tips:
For more flavor: Add a little lemon zest or chili flakes to the sauce.
For a vegetarian version: Add vegetables such as zucchini, broccoli, or spinach to the sauce.
Leftovers can be reheated the next day – if necessary, stir in a little milk until creamy.
