Brownie-style cookies: A Chocolate Explosion!

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Melt the chocolate and butter:
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir until smooth. 3. Prepare the dough:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is slightly frothy.

Stir in the melted chocolate and butter, mixing well.

Add the flour and baking powder, then mix gently.

4. Add the chocolate chips:
Stir in the chocolate chips for an extra touch of indulgence. Mix gently.

5. Shape the cookies:
Form small balls of dough (about 1 tablespoon per cookie) and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them well apart.

6. Bake:
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. The cookies should be slightly cracked on top and still soft inside.
Let them cool on a wire rack before handling.

Delicious tip:
Add a pinch of fleur de sel to each cookie before baking for an incredible contrast with the chocolate.

Replace some of the chocolate chips with chopped nuts for an even more irresistible version.
Total time: 25–27 minutes
