Ingredients (for 4 servings):
500 g carrots

1 small can of pineapple (approx. 250 g drained weight)

1 handful of walnuts (approx. 50 g)

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp canned pineapple juice

2-3 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., sunflower oil)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Salt, pepper
