Carrot Salad with Pineapple & Walnuts

1. Blend the cream base:
In a blender, combine the condensed milk, whipping cream, vanilla, and about 2 tablespoons of the pineapple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Mix the salad base:
In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, diced pineapple, remaining syrup, chopped walnuts, and raisins.

3. Combine and stir:
Pour the creamy mixture from the blender over the carrot mixture. Gently mix everything until the carrots are well coated.

4. Chill before serving:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend and the salad set.

Prep time: 20 minutes

No cooking required

Add chopped apples or shredded coconut for extra texture!

Serve chilled in cups for a party-style treat.
