Chocolate-nut delight: A 10-minute no-bake dessert

Melt the chocolate:
Melt the chocolate and butter (or coconut oil) in a small saucepan over low heat or in a double boiler. Stir frequently until smooth.

Sweeten and season:
Add the honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate and mix well.

Stir in nuts:
Add the chopped nuts (and dried fruit, if desired) to the chocolate mixture and mix well.

Shape:
Line a small dish (e.g., a baking dish or Tupperware container) with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the dish and smooth it down.

Cool:
Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes, until the mixture is firm.

Serve:
Cut into small pieces and enjoy – plain or with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, for example.

🔁 Variations:

Substitute nuts with crushed cookies or cornflakes for extra crunch.

Season with a little cinnamon or chili for a special touch.

For a vegan version: Use vegan chocolate and maple syrup.
