Cloud cake with yogurt

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and carefully grease a springform pan to ensure easy removal of the cake.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then add the yogurt and oil and mix thoroughly.
3. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and gently fold the mixture into the egg mixture until just combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
5. Now bake the cake for about 30 to 40 minutes. It’s ready when it has a nice golden color and a skewer inserted into the pan comes out clean.
6. After baking, let cool completely, then slice and enjoy. Happy snacking!
