Cold Cheesecake with Blackberry

🧾 Ingredients:
Base:
170 g of biscuits (such as Digestive or Graham crackers)
1 stick of melted butter (approx. 90 g)

Filling:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk (chilled)
1 and 1/2 bars of cream cheese (approx. 300 g, at room temperature)
3 packs of unflavored gelatin (21 g in total)
1/4 cup of water (to dissolve the gelatin)

Topping:
6 tablespoons of blackberry jam
1/4 cup of hot water (to dilute the jam)

Decoration:
Fresh blackberries
Mint leaves
