Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar (optional, for balance)

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Prep the Cucumbers:

Slice the cucumbers thinly (use a mandoline for even slices).

If desired, sprinkle with a little salt and let sit in a colander for 15–30 minutes to draw out excess water. Pat dry with paper towels.
