Crispy Apple Pie Taquitos

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spoon about 3–4 tbsp of apple pie filling down the center of each tortilla.

Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush tops with melted butter.

Mix sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the taquitos.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Serve warm, drizzled with caramel sauce if desired.
