Cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions: I’ve been eating this recipe for a year | I learned it from my grandmother

1 bunch of dill, chopped
1 bunch of chopped parsley
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon sugar per jar
Plenty of boiling water
Pepper as needed
Preparation
First, place the cucumbers in a large bowl and add the onions, chili, garlic, dill, and parsley.
Now add salt and pepper, stir with two spoons to season the vegetables well, and let rest for 30 minutes.
After this time, add a bay leaf to the 700 ml jars (washed and dried), fill them with six tablespoons of cucumbers and onions, seven tomato slices, the sugar, the vinegar, and the water.
Finally, place the jars in a pot of boiling water (the bottom of which must be covered with a towel or tea towel), close the lid, let it sterilize for 15 minutes, vacuum seal, and store in a cool place year-round.
