Cocoa cream (optional).
Preparing the chocolate crêpes

Préparation des crêpes au chocolat
Crêpe batter is very simple to make, as it’s very light. However, it’s always important to keep several points in mind when preparing them, as they will help you make them correctly. These steps are:

The first thing to do is beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add the milk and continue beating, gradually adding the sugar.
Add the previously sifted flour and cocoa. We recommend beating these ingredients by hand, as this will give the mixture much more air.
Once all the ingredients are combined, you can let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour, although you can skip this step.
Once the resting time is up, heat the pan with a few drops of oil and add the mixture until it begins to form (the amount will depend on how thin or thick you like it).
When the batter begins to bubble, it’s time to flip it. The crepes cook very quickly because they are quite thin, so be careful not to burn them.
Once all the crepes are ready, it’s time to serve them. You can fill them with cocoa cream, Nutella, white chocolate, or even fruit—you’re free to add whatever you like. Enjoy!
