5. Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients (for a 9-inch pie)
1 ½ cups (150 g) graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 crackers)
⅓ cup (65 g) granulated sugar
6 tbsp (85 g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking. For no-bake pies, skip baking.
2️⃣ Mix crumbs
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs + sugar. Stir in melted butter until mixture is evenly moistened.
3️⃣ Press into pan
Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Use the bottom of a cup to compact evenly.
4️⃣ Bake or chill
Baked crust: 8–10 minutes, until lightly golden. Cool completely before filling.
No-bake crust: Chill in fridge for 1–2 hours to set before filling.

Tips for Graham Cracker Crust
Use finely crushed crumbs for a smooth texture.
Press firmly to prevent crumbling.
Works for: Key Lime Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, Banana Cream Pie, Chocolate Cream Pie, No-Bake Cheesecake.
Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon into crumbs for a warm flavor.
