Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls

In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast, then let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour, mixing to form a soft dough. Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and divide into 12–15 equal pieces. Shape into smooth balls and place in a greased baking dish, close but not touching. Cover and let rise again for 30–40 minutes until puffy.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. While still warm, brush generously with garlic butter topping. Serve soft and fluffy.
