2 medium zucchini
1 egg
100g breadcrumbs
50g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic

Preparation:
Wash the zucchini thoroughly and grate it finely. If the zucchini is very runny, squeeze out the excess liquid.
