Preheat the grill to medium-high direct heat.
Grill the lobster tails, flesh-side down, for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
Turn over, spread some of the herb butter over the meat, and grill for another 4-6 minutes until the meat is opaque and tender.
Drizzle with lemon juice just before serving.

Serve with fresh baguette, grilled vegetables, or a light lemon risotto.
A glass of chilled white wine (e.g. Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay) goes perfectly with it.
