1. Boil the eggs for 15 minutes, then remove the shells and dry them.
2. In a bowl, combine the sugar, butter, and vanilla sugar. Add the 3 medium eggs and mix until smooth.
3. Stir in half of the flour, then add the unsweetened milk.
4. Add the remaining flour, salt, and baking powder, and mix well.
5. Let the dough rest for at least 1 hour.
6. Divide the dough into small portions and roll them out thinly.
7. Coat each egg with the batter until completely covered.
8. Heat the oil and fry the fritters over low heat for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
9. Fry the fritters a little at a time as they are prepared.
10. Serve hot, with chili paste for a spicy kick.
