Ingredients:
– 500g small buttered potatoes (triplets)
– 1 bunch green asparagus
– 250g cherry tomatoes
– 3 tbsp olive oil + a little more for drizzling
– 1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
– Freshly ground pepper
– 1/4 tsp chili flakes (to taste)
– 1/2 bunch dill
– 100g feta cheese
– 1 bunch mixed herbs (basil, parsley, chives, dill)
– 1/2 avocado
– Juice of 1/2 lemon
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– A little water, if needed
