Heavenly Banana Walnut Cream Cake



👩‍🍳 Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (22–23 cm) cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then add the vanilla.
5. Add the mashed bananas.
6. Alternately add the dry ingredients and buttermilk, mixing with a spatula.
7. Add the walnuts and mix.
8. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.
9. Bake for 30–35 minutes. Remove when a toothpick comes out clean.
10. Let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

🧁 Cream
11. Beat the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
12. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
13. Spread over the cooled cake.
14. Sprinkle some walnuts on top and serve.
