500g all-purpose flour

1 packet (7g) dry yeast or 25g fresh yeast

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

250g sour cream or crème fraîche

100ml lukewarm milk (plus more if needed)

1 tbsp oil (optional, for a softer dough)

Oil for frying

For topping (classic):

Garlic water (minced garlic + water + salt)

Grated cheese

Sour cream
