I beat condensed milk with pineapple and the result surprised everyone!

Mix the condensed milk and pineapple (with juice).

Fold in whipped cream and any extras.

Chill for 1–2 hours.

Serve in cups or as a cake topping!

2. Pineapple Mousse
Ingredients:

1 can condensed milk

1 cup crushed pineapple (drained well)

1 tsp unflavored gelatin (optional for firmness)

Whipped cream for folding in

Instructions:

Beat condensed milk and pineapple until fluffy.

If using gelatin, bloom it and mix it in.

Fold in whipped cream for a light texture.

Chill until set.

3. Frozen Pineapple Cream
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or a loaf pan and freeze. Makes a tropical frozen treat like pineapple ice cream!
