If you like fish A la Bordelaise

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Lightly grease a baking dish and place the fish fillets in a single layer.

Season fish with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, and melted butter.

Spoon the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each fillet.

Pour white wine around (not over) the fish.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and topping is golden.

Serve hot with lemon wedges.

This dish brings restaurant-quality flavor with very little effort — and once you’ve tried it, you may never go back to the frozen kind again.
