1. Heat blueberries, sugar and lemon juice over a soft heat.
2. Add diluted corn, let thicken 2-3 min.
3. Let it cool down.
3- Lemon device:
1. Whip grated cheese with sugar.
2. Add eggs one by one, then juice and lemon zest, cream and corn.
3. Spill half on the base.
4- Mounting:
1. Add a layer of blueberry coulis to the center.

3. Bake at 150°C for 50-60 min (preheated oven).
4. Let cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight).
5- Decoration:
1. Add some coulis, fresh blueberries and lemon slices.
2. Sprinkle icing sugar before serving.
