Mac ‘n Cheese Muffins

Combine

In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, cheese sauce, and beaten egg. Stir until well combined.

Prepare Muffin Tin

Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.

Spoon mac ‘n cheese mixture evenly into each cup.

Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top. Add breadcrumbs if using.

Bake

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Cool & Serve

Let muffins cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes before removing. This helps them hold together.
