Maryland Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients:

1 lb lump crab meat (fresh or pasteurized, make sure to pick through for shells)

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (plus more for topping)

2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for a little tang)

2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Juice of ½ lemon (freshly squeezed)

Salt and pepper to taste
