Meatballs in Creamy Paprika Sauce

1. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with a little oil until translucent.
2. Place the ground meat in a large bowl, add the fried onion and the mustard. Mix everything together well until a nice mixture forms.
3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and then form it into small, even balls.
4. Fry the meatballs in a pan until golden brown on all sides. You can use the same pan you used to cook the onions.
5. For the creamy sauce, dice the bell peppers and fry them in a pan. Once they’re slightly soft, add the cream and bring to a boil.
6. Add the cooked meatballs to the bell pepper sauce and let everything simmer for a few more minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the flavors have blended.
7. Finally, sprinkle everything with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
