Mouthwatering Homemade Tuna Melt Patties

In a large bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, place the patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

Serve warm with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
