Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of white or brown rice

1 tablespoon of flax seeds

1 1/2 cups of water

(Optional) A few drops of vitamin E or argan oil for an enhanced effect

Step-by-step preparation:
Cook the rice in 1 cup of water until very tender.

Drain it and reserve the rice cooking water (rich in nutrients).

In a separate saucepan, boil the flax seeds with ½ cup of water for 10 minutes, until they form a gel.

Strain the resulting gel through a fine-mesh sieve or a clean stocking.

Combine the cooked rice and flaxseed gel in a small bowl.

Mash or blend until you have a smooth, creamy paste.

Add a few drops of vitamin E or oil, if desired.
