Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and place a raised metal grill insert on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
2. Mix together the paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder (1 teaspoon), onion powder, and salt. Rub it on both sides of the ribs.
3. Arrange the ribs on the baking sheet rack and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, heat the pineapple juice in a saucepan. Reduce by half, then add the ketchup, tomato paste, molasses, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk well to combine. Add the garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon) and cayenne pepper, then whisk well to combine. 5. Brush the ribs with the sauce and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. 6. Remove the foil and grill them over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, until lightly caramelized. Brush with sauce and serve.
