1 cup of homemade caramel or ready-made caramel
Method
Roll the sugar in a pan until it caramelizes and roll it into a mold to make a flan. In a saucepan, bring 600 ml of milk to a boil. In another bowl, bring 300 ml of cold milk and add the sachi flan, vanilla, sugar, starch, and one egg. Mix well. Add to the milk over the bowl, stirring continuously until boiling. Then, turn off the heat, add the caramel, add the leftover cookies, or you can even add leftover cake.
Let it cool and refrigerate for 50 minutes to set or chill. Decorate as you like.
