Pan-fried cheese flatbread

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Add yogurt and knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each out into a round.

Spread cheese on one half of each flatbread, place the other half on top, and press the edges firmly together.

Heat a little butter in a pan and cook the flatbreads for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown, or until the cheese has melted.

Serve hot and enjoy immediately!
