Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, if desired.
Set up the breading station:
Plate 1: Flour
Plate 2: Beaten egg
Plate 3: Mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs thoroughly
Breading:
First coat the fillets in flour, then dip them in the egg, and then press them firmly into the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
Prepare the air fryer:
Preheat to 180°C (if necessary). Lightly grease the basket or rack or line it with parchment paper (with holes!).
Cook:
Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer (do not overlap!) and lightly spray with oil.
Cook at 180°C for approximately 15–18 minutes – turning halfway through.
→ Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness: The meat should be cooked through but still juicy on the inside.
