In a bowl, mix the milk and instant pudding mix. Whisk until smooth and set aside.

Creamy Mixture

In another large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.

Fold in the thawed whipped topping.

Then fold in the prepared pudding mixture until completely blended.

Assemble the Layers

Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas and cookies.

Top with the second bag of Chessmen cookies.

Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best!) to allow it to set.

Let the cream cheese fully soften to avoid lumps.

For a less sweet version, reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk slightly or use unsweetened whipped cream.

Best eaten within 2–3 days (before the bananas brown too much).
