1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thick slices and lightly press them flat.
2. Sear the pork tenderloin in butter and oil on both sides until golden brown.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add them to the meat, then sautรฉ for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the cream, honey, and mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Simmer gently over low heat for about 10 minutes, until tender. the meat is tender and the sauce is nice and creamy.
