6 yellow onions
2 tablespoons of honey

How to prepare Thyme and Honey Roasted Onions:
Preparing the onions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel the onions and cut them in half crosswise.
Seasoning the onions:
Arrange the onions on a baking sheet, cut-side up.
Drizzle with olive oil, then spread honey over each onion half.
Season generously with salt and pepper, and scatter with a few fresh thyme leaves.
Roasting:
Roast the onions for about 30 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized.
Baste the onions with their cooking juices occasionally to ensure they retain their flavor.
Serving:
