Then place the finished dough in the prepared bowl, dust lightly with flour, and let it rise, covered, in a warm place for at least 90 minutes.
Now fold the dough several times on a floured work surface and shape it into a loaf.
Now cut a slit in the top of the dough, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and dust it lightly with flour.
Place the loaf in a cold oven on the lowest rack and set it to the highest temperature. Bake for 30 minutes.
Now reduce the oven temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
It’s best to do the skewer test to check if the bread is baked through.
