Strawberry Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, sour cream, and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in strawberries.

Pour batter into the pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool before slicing.
