Strawberry Sheet Cake

Vanilla extract

Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth (about 2 minutes).

Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth out the top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely before frosting.

2. Make the Frosting:

In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until fluffy.

Add vanilla and salt.

Gradually beat in powdered sugar until thick and smooth.

Fold in the chopped strawberries. If the mixture is too runny, add more powdered sugar or refrigerate briefly before spreading.

🍓 Tips & Variations

Stronger strawberry flavor? Add ½ tsp strawberry extract to the batter and/or frosting.

Fresher look? Top with sliced fresh strawberries just before serving.

Want it pinker? Add a drop or two of red or pink food coloring.
