Taking care of your feet with green clay: a natural wellness routine

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of powdered green clay.
1 liter of lukewarm water.
A few drops of lavender or tea tree essential oil (optional).

Steps:
Mix the clay with the water until you obtain a smooth liquid.

Soak your feet in this bath for 15 to 20 minutes.
Rinse with clean water and dry your feet thoroughly.

This bath helps relieve fatigue and deeply cleanse your feet.

2. Soothing Foot Mask
If you have rough patches or calluses, a green clay mask is ideal:

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of green clay.
A little warm water (or chamomile floral water for added gentleness).
Steps:
Mix the clay and water until you obtain a smooth paste.
Apply a generous layer to your clean, dry feet.
Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Moisturize your feet with a nourishing cream.

This mask soothes tension and leaves skin supple and revitalized.

3. Clay poultice for pain relief
For pain or inflammation, green clay can be applied as a poultice:

Spread a thick layer of clay on the affected area, cover with a damp cloth, and leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing.
