1. Heat 2β3 tbsp oil + 1 tsp butter on a heavy tawa.
2. Place the fish gently and cook on medium flame for about 6β8 minutes per side.
3. Baste with butter or ghee while cooking for extra richness.
4. Cook until crisp and slightly charred.
Option 2: Oven/Grill
1. Preheat oven to 200Β°C (392Β°F).
2. Place fish on a lined tray or wire rack.
3. Bake for 20β25 minutes, flipping once halfway and basting with butter or ghee.
4. Broil for the last 2β3 mins for a nice char.
