Tandoori Tilapia Fry Recipe

1. Heat 2–3 tbsp oil + 1 tsp butter on a heavy tawa.

2. Place the fish gently and cook on medium flame for about 6–8 minutes per side.

3. Baste with butter or ghee while cooking for extra richness.

4. Cook until crisp and slightly charred.

Option 2: Oven/Grill

1. Preheat oven to 200Β°C (392Β°F).

2. Place fish on a lined tray or wire rack.

3. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway and basting with butter or ghee.

4. Broil for the last 2–3 mins for a nice char.
